3. Receive customer complaint and handle thoroughly.
4. Coordinate with the marketing department to implement promotion programs, thoroughly analyze the benefits of the customer, present receiving procedures receive in order to maximize the effectiveness of the marketing plan in accordance with the objectives set
5. Send the day report to the Board of Directors. When there are complaints of customers related to the department, transfer to that department to be handled
6. Gửi báo cáo ngày trình cho Ban Giám Đốc . Khi có khiếu nại của khách hàng liên quan đến phòng ban nào thì chuyển cho phòng ban đó xử lý.
7. Remind of the Head of Management about handling customer complaints to submit to the Board of Directors
8. Call customers about the quality of products every 2 months. Remind customers warranting product 3 months / 1 time
9. At the end of the month, collect complaints from customers and send them to the Board of Directors and relevant departments for following-up to review the KPI
10. Consolidate all phone numbers of customers monthly to send promotional SMS to customers.
