• Kingpin, rotating, twist lock: 12 months warranty

2. HANGING SYSTEM

• Hanging system: Technical warranty (axle alignment, tightening discs tweezers): 12 months
• Springs leaves: 6 months warranty
• Arm bushing shock: 3 months warranty

3. AXLE

• Axle: Technical warranty (ball bearing) 12 months
• Axle shaft: 12 month warranty
• Hub, brake drum: 3 months warranty
• Wheel: warranty 6 months

4. BRAKE SYSTEMS

• Valve: 12-month warranty
• Brake chamber Cord: 6 months warranty
• Brake Chamber, valves (communes, sharing), camshaft : 3 months warranty

5. LANGING GEAR SYSTEM

• Langing gear: 12 month warranty

6. TIRE

• Warranty followed by the supplier. Please bring the product to the provider maintenance station

7. WARRANTY AND REPAIR FREE OF CHARGE

• Production Offering the warranty period valid
• Products which Damaged due to technical fault of the manufacturer

8. WARRANTY AND REPAIRED CHARGES

• Products are no longer warranty period
• Natural abrasion due to the process of use (Arm bushing shock, torque arm pin, silver balance bush, hanger, spring leaf, ball bearing, outer, brakes), damage caused by chemicals, environment (rust, … )
• Damage caused by external effects such as: mechanical impact, accident (flip, fall, collision …)
• Damage caused by improper operation such as overloading, lifting errors, improper use of substances …
• Damage caused by natural disasters, theft …
• Damage caused by improper repair (with signs of dismantling), replacement of non-genuine parts, structural changes
• Clean, covered with grease ( axle, twist lock, balance bush…)

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

• Please bring trailers to the service station for routine maintenance every 6 months, you go be sure to bring the warranty book
• Please bring trailers into the maintenance station for the first time since receiving trailers 1 month for short-distance running, and after running the first trip for long distance running trailers (North – South)
• For the inspection and maintenance to be carried out conveniently. Please only pull trailers, not container to the place of the warranty. In the case of Your trailers carrying container, please make lifting container fee.
• If you do not fully comply with the above requirements, the warranty conditions in the Maintenance Manual has no value
